Três Folhas Verdes Earrings
Made in 18k yellow gold and three different hues of green gemstones, these earrings are important to me because they were the first ones to incorporate tourmalines into the Folhas Collection. This design was the basis for the development of all the other pieces that use gemstones in that collection. Although the look appears simple - just a mix of my lines with leaf-shaped tourmalines, it was more complicated to execute than I expected because the stones have to be set at a very specific angle. As a result, a few tourmalines broke during the setting process. I am honored that now these earrings belong to a very strong, kind, and generous woman. I might even dare to make another pair if you would like to make a special order but have decided to keep them out of the permanent collection.
