All pieces are made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for shipping.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping to all addresses in the United States.

International Shipping

We apologize, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number, allowing you to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
